Absolutely not! Our journals are designed without dates or days of the week so that children can use them without pressure. However, when used every day your child will find they gain the positive effects delivered from journaling a lot quicker. We don’t want journaling to become another pressure point for children.

The Alhamdulillah journal has 10 full weeks of daily journaling pages and an exercise at the end of each week. The undated nature of our journals means that once the initial 10 weeks are complete, your child can easily start a new one at any time. This encourages the continuation of daily writing, drawing, and recording of special moments, reinforcing the habit of journaling as a valuable daily practice.

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition.
